Job Description:

Design, development , maintain and improvise HR reporting and analytics needs across different HR functions:

(a).Human Capital metrics

(b).Performance management reports.

(c).Learning management

(d).Global Mobility

(e).Contact center and VoC analysis

(f).Analytics projects in the area of Diversity attrition etc.

Skills Required:

(a).Elementary programming skills.

(b).Knowledge of reporting tools like BO, cognos, OBIEE etc is a plus.

(c).Knowledge of SAS , SQL and other equivalent analytical tools is a plus.

(d).Ability to comprehend intricate and diverse range of business problems and analyse them with limited or complex data and provide a feasible solution frameworks.

(e).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
