                            ARINC managed services is looking for an associate customer care Rep. to join its team in New Delhi.This individual will be performing these duties in face to face customer environment. The information associate customer care specialist will perform shift work in a 24x7x365 environment.
(a).The selected candidate will handle incoming calls and ascertain if the call is of a customer service or a technical nature.

(b).Open call and trouble tickets in our ticketing system database for all incoming inquiries.

(c).Process and/or forward technical problems to the field technician or on call-engineers as appropriate for resolution.

(d).Track open trouble tickets to resolution, interface with operations center, personnel customer and technician.
