The Red Hat global operations team is seeking a data analyst to join us in Pune, India.You will promote operational improvement across the organisation by focusing on cleansing for our master data management system. You will oversee cleansing activities and maintenance to ensure that our practices are accurate and supports business needs. You will need you to have excellent analytical skills to help resolve data quality deficiencies , improve data entry practices and create process design strategies. come prepared to work in a fast paced environment and contribute to Red Hat's operational success.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

(a).Maintain an updated knowledge of TCA and customer online.

(b).Create document and maintain data quality goals and standards.

(c).Measure and report to management on the progress of data quality improvement.

(d).Determine ROI of data quality efforts.

Required Skills:

(a).Experience with Oracle applications,order management, service contract and TCA.

(b).Working knowledge of data quality measurements, total quality measurements ,data entry improvements, and user requirement gathering.

(c).Office software skills(e.g. excel, access, word), knowledge of relational databases, and familiarity with statistical packages  and analysis techniques.

(d).Ability to manage change process,understand implications of data quality,, measure cost and benefits of data quality, and detect correct errors in databases.

(e).Problems solving capabilities of data managements and continuous process improvements.
